SHIPPING POLICY
Upon receiving your package(s) from Modern Studio Equipment, you are advised to inspect all packaging for any damage, openings, tears, etc. You are then advised to inspect each of the received items to determine that they are in acceptable condition and that you received the correct quantity. If you experience any issues with your shipment, a complaint must be filed within 48 hours of its delivery. Shipping carriers will only accept a claim against their deliveries for a short period of time, so it is important to submit any/all claims within the provided 48 hour window.
